Only the truth of who you are, if realized, will set you free.

Originally from Australia, Alexandra completed her 200-hour training with Powerliving Australia in early 2019. Following from this, Alexandra taught with a very safe-practice focus, teaching students about their bodies, their capabilities and how to achieve longevity in the practice.

At the end of 2019, Alexandra completed her 300-hour training with Gyan Yog Breath in Rishikesh, India. Expanding on her knowledge, Alexandra has found a passion for the traditional teachings of yoga, and endeavours to bring this focus in teachings in the west.

While in India, Alexandra completed a three-week retreat with Anantadrishti Yoga, and spent the time zipping about on the back of scooters around Rishikesh, learning about the traditional sides of Ashtanga yoga. With an emphasis on meditation and pranayama, Alexandra was also blessed enough to have learned about traditional philosophy and mantra chanting, which she has developed an intense appreciation for.

Following her Indian adventure, Alexandra now resides in London, U.K. with her fiancé.

Aside from her online yoga resource production, Alexandra is looking for teaching work around London to share her knowledge of mobility and tradition, and is keen to share her pure love of the practice with anyone who will listen.

Alexandra is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and restorative practice, as well as meditation and pranayama. Alexandra has experience in both group and private sessions and is always up for a challenge.

If you are in need of a fun, knowledgeable yoga teacher filled with bad puns and genuine appreciation for the practice, contact Alexandra at alexandra@alexandrayogini.com or via the social channels.
