
ABOUT ALEXANDRA
After completing her training of Modern Yoga in Australia, Alexandra found herself yearning to learn about the traditional side of Yoga. Through her travels in India, Alexandra learned about the traditions of India, the history of Yoga and the importance of mantra chanting, the Vedanta, Patanjali’s 8-limbs of Yoga and the traditional means of Ashtanga.
Upon her migration to London, U.K., Alexandra is passionate about bringing the traditional elements of Yoga back to the West, paying honour to its original roots.

Alexandra is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and restorative practice, as well as meditation and pranayama. Alexandra has experience in both group and private sessions and is always up for a challenge.
